The easiest way to find the clinic itself will depend on which entrance to the building you used. Instructions on finding the clinic from each building entrance can be found below by clicking the relevant subheadings to open/expand the dropdown:
Once parked, locate the elevators and take them to 'Retail Level 2' (note: may also be sign-posted as any of the following: M2, Park Lane Mall, Park Lane Terraces).
Once in the mall's common area, turn right and walk until you see the small Customer Service desk on the right-hand side, next to the glass elevators. Take these glass elevators to the 3rd floor.
Once you exit the elevator, directions to the clinic will now be clearly sign-posted. For reference, you will turn right when you get off the elevators, then turn right again, and almost immediately you will see the clinic’s signage and waiting room on your left.
The mall's main street entrance is directly opposite the Scotiabank on Spring Garden Road.
You will be on 'Retail Level 2' when you enter.

The Dresden Row mall entrance can be found just next to the Arthritis & Injury Care Center and Citadel Physiotherapy, at the end of Artillery Place street.
You will be on the 'Mezzanine Level’ when you enter.
Follow the hallway until you see the shops and down-escalator.
Stay on this floor, but take a left and continue to walk until you see a sign that says “Elevator to Park Lane Terraces”. Take this elevator to the 3rd floor.
Once you exit the elevator, directions to the clinic will now be clearly sign-posted. For reference, you will turn right when you get off the elevators, then turn right again, and almost immediately you will see the clinic’s signage and waiting room on your left.
There are several options available for parking and public transportation in the area.
If you plan on parking in the building's underground paid parkade, then access the parkade from Annandale Street. This parkade has wheelchair-accessible parking spaces and access to elevators on all parkade levels.
